Because drywall can be affected by seasonal soil movement, moisture changes, and other conditions outside anyone’s control, we do not offer a blanket warranty against future cracking. However, we value our customers and stand behind the quality of our work.

If a crack returns in an area we repaired, please contact us. We’ll arrange an in-person visit to review the area and discuss the appropriate next steps. Any proposed repair work and applicable charges will be discussed with you before work begins.

We can look at the drywall damage during an in-person estimate and discuss the repair options. If the signs suggest a possible foundation, water, or structural concern, we may recommend that the appropriate qualified professional evaluate the underlying issue before drywall repairs are scheduled.
